Goals:

To help bring to life the client’s vision of a secluded mountaintop retreat that allowed for unique and expansive view of the Los Angeles mountains. The customer chose Glulam for it’s ability to be shaped into similar curves and the warm tones that come from staining and sealing.

Achievements:

Fabricate and deliver on-time various long and shorter span continuous curved glulam beams to be installed onsite by the customer. The beams were pre-surfaced and planed, ready for stain and seal onsite by the customer’s installer.

Wood Specifications:

The Douglas fir glulams were uniformly cambered, squared in both their width and depth with square edges per the customer’s request.
